Lawn Mowing Service
Custom Fertilization Programs
Whether you chose to include this with our mowing program or purchase it separate we will customize a program specifically for your yard. We will come out and take measurements of your property and provide you with a FREE ESTIMATE on how many and what types of applications your lawn might need. We do this for a couple reasons #1 to keep costs down #2 eliminate excess or wasteful applications and #3 to help the environment. It takes years for a lawn to get into unhealthy shape but only a couple services and correct program management to become a lush weed free lawn. Because the amount of product used depends on total lawn square footage, prices for this service can range from $45-$100 per application.
Weekly Mowing and String Trimming
We will put your property on a weekly recurring service schedule. Our crew will arrive on the same day of the week (weather permitting) and perform a full lawn cutting and string trimming of your entire property. When finished we use commercial blowers to clean off your sidewalks, driveway and patio areas where clippings might be. We also perform a site inspection and provide email alerts to any potential problems in regards to the health of your turf. Typical lawns cost $30-$40 per service depending on area and amount of trim work needed.
Core Aeriation & Over-Seeding
When you schedule this service for the end of Fall we will come out and use a coring machine to pull cores from your soil. This will allow much needed oxygen and water to enter the soil. It will also help with soil compaction that has taken place over the entire season. When you provide your lawn with this service it allows the roots to grow much deeper helping to provide a more full and healthy lawn.
